I was a corporate engineer for 35 years. My son decided to throw a music festival 12 years ago and said Dad, you need an RV. So i bought my first one - a 30' with no slides. What I found out - 30 feet is too long to maneuver and no slides makes it cramped. Then I bought a 38' bus. Mistake. I am not a bus driver and left bits and pieces of it at every tool booth we went through. 25' (like the Sprinters) are too short and 30' too long. There were also other amenities that I learned were a necessity - like levelers, air ride suspension and a gas (not propane) generator. So I bought a 27' with a 3' slide that comes out the back. Perfect. 2 Other slides make the inside quite large. GM drivetrain. Generator runs off RV fuel tank, levelers and air ride. Comfy. I love her. Perfect in every way.
