Booked and paid for delivery, was asked to pick it up. The water tank was full but leaking. Water system did not work but the owner quickly came out and turned it on. I pointed out the leak and he said it wasn’t bad and it would have enough water. By the end of the first day with no showers and only washing my hands a few times, we had no water. Luckily I was able to find water 300’ away so I went and bought water hoses. The generator was supposed to come with a gas can. It didn’t. So we had about four hours of runtime before I had to run my truck. The battery would not hold a charge so I had to go start my truck any time we wanted lights or a heater. Overall it was a horrific experience that my wife and youngest daughter left a day early.
