Everything went great & was very enjoyable! The RV was perfect for our family. They had lots of extras that we were able to use, which was a really nice touch. Ryan was also very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions or concerns.

This was an automated posting, I see. This was a last minute rental request (1 day notice) that I tried to accommodate. However, Outdoorsy was not able to verify the renter's ID soon enough, because that takes 48 hours. So, I had to cancel the rental because I can't let it go out without insurance. The renter totally understood and was not upset at all. She thanked me for trying to make it happen.

This rental was by far the best rental that I have used thus far. Drove like a dream and was very safe. For as big as this rv is, it handles incredibly well. Also the amenities and features were the best I have ever experienced. The owners are SUPER helpful and ever have QR codes that link to videos if you are confused about anything. My family and I could not have had a better experience and look forward to using it again next year for our annual canoe and camping trip.

We had mechanical issues with the jack auto-level system. The hydraulic system allows 2 of them to slowly slip down, and they sometimes get close enough to the ground while driving to scrape the road surface, like over a bumpy road. The owner was apologetic and said it had not happened before. Managed to get by with ratchet straps. It is going to be repaired before going out again, he said.
