About Ronald Martin
Hi! We are the Martin family. We live in San Diego (North County). We are a family of 5...Mom, Dad, Son, Daughter and Jax our dog. Dad, the kids and dog love to dry camp, tent camp...Mom loves to glamp, tenting is not her thing...So we compromised and purchased out FreeSolo FAM. We all love the outdoors. We frequent the beach, desert and mountains. We thrive on adventure and want to share that passion with our guests. Welcome!

What a fantastic time! Ron was great with communication and flexibility, and the rig was in top notch condition. We stayed three nights at William Heise park and had a ball.

We had a great time with the trailer. It was a nice upgrade from tent camping. Easy to operate and comfortable. We liked the cute decor and extra touches provided by Ron. We would rent it again!

Thanks to Ron and his family for rental of the FreeSolo. Extremely friendly people that provided everything we needed to have a successful trip to Mammoth. Ron did a complete walkthrough of the trailer at pick up to ensure we were completely comfortable with the ins and outs. He also provided great documentation to assist with the trip. We will definitely be renting from Ron again and would highly recommend the FreeSolo for your next camping adventure.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We had not towed an RV before and Ronald was so kind to show us how to do everything, answer all of our questions, and was so quick to respond to correspondence. It could not have been any smoother. The trailer is perfect for a small family, has really cute decor - and was spotless - and Ronald stocked it with dishes, games, and just stuff that is handy to have while camping. The welcome goodies he left in the trailer for us were so thoughtful! We feel so blessed to have met Ronald and the family and had the opportunity to use their RV. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT experience with Ron and his family. The camper is super clean, roomy, very comfortable and Ron has thought of EVERY extra detail to enhance your camping experience. From a welcome bag, to games to smores sticks. We enjoyed the blue tooth sound system as well as all of the camping themed accessories provided. I can't say enough about Ron's communication. He gave us a print out of step by step instructions on how to get everything set up, heat the water, run A/C, microwave etc. Very thorough. We actually had an issue during hooking up to the site up at Lake Cuyamaca. It was just the 30amp switch in the breaker box in the camper needed to be switched on....no biggie; however, we are novices to glamping and couldn't find the breaker box. 🤦♀️ I called Ron and he answered right away and walked me through where it was located. I couldn't originally see it because I had made up the bigger bed area and it covered the breaker box. He was so patient which I really appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend this rental. We can't wait to rent with Ron again!
