Water drains were open, water tank was not filled, water pump did not work several times, battery was disconnected and an outdoor shower valve broke emptying out the water tank. I picked up and returned the trailer. He did not make any of the 3 -2.5 hr trips to fix the unit as I did it. I believe a substantial refund is due!

Water drains are always open I drain water after each rental I don’t normally let people pick up the camper when I deliver camper I set it up level it and close all drains also I don’t supply water for camper that is renters responsibility yes the water valve broke I bought a new one and you texted me and said don’t worry about it and as far as the water pump I told you that you will have to bleed system

We had a great experience renting this camper from Tiffany. She was quick to respond when any questions were needing answered. The beds were comfy and the camper was very well stocked. I would highly recommend this camper to anyone who is looking to rent it.

The owners of this camper were wonderful to deal with…being able to use their beautiful camper for our family reunion made our camping weekend even more special …I would recommend both the owners of this camper and outdoorsy … we will definitely be using outdoorsy again and will be referring to friends and family.
