Excellent communication by Rent My Camper. Very helpful and easy to pickup and drop off. Very convenient. The EV was a great for our trip to Stillwater for an enduro race. It says it can hold 10 people but we slept 6 comfortably. We would definitely rent again.

Advertised with unlimited generator hour but had no generator. Leaky clean water line, causing multiple fills.

Vehicle would not pull the trailer safely so we decided to return the trailer so we did not damage our vehicle. The trailer was returned within 30 mins of departing. Steve met us and was understanding of our concerns and also stated that Outdoorsy would probably work with us to refund at least part of the fee since we did not take the trailer. I contacted Outdoorsy when we got home and was told the host had to initiate the return. I contacted Steve to advise and he was unresponsive from that point on, which was a little disappointing based on actions and comments while we were there. While we understand the potential loss of revenue, we believe we should get a portion of the costs back since we did not use the trailer.
