About Ramses Gomez

We are an 19 year active duty family, 3 kids, 3 dogs & 2 cool parents :) thus allowing us to deliver into any military base if desired. We have lived and traveled all over the country, owned multiple units throughout the years, so far this one has been our favorite with the 4 bunk setup in the back for the kiddos. We just got transferred to San Diego mid 2022 and absolutely love it here; Sun, Beaches, Trails, Kayaking, etc... This unit has been modified and enhanced to our personal likings & comforts i.e. smart TV's, extra a/c, etc. We hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we do.

Unfortunately, this is my first time not leaving a positive review for the RV. I will say Ramses, was amazing before the process and took care of set up and pick up of the RV. However, we were charged $100 for a prep fee which was supposed to include sanitizing and cleaning of the RV and that was not done. There were hairs all over the floor, on the toilet and in the shower. Luckily we had shower facilities at the campground that we were at so we used those vs using the RV, which was unfortunate. There was also a HORRIBLE fish smell in the fridge and it made the fridge unusable because every time you opened the fridge door, the whole RV would smell of fish for the longest time. We tried to clean the fridge ourselves with Clorox and the smell must have gotten to the coils or been in there for awhile because the cleaning didn't help the smell at all. We let Ramses know about the issues but he had a family member in the hospital and was really unable to do anything. When picked up, Ramses didn't know what the smell came from and was unsure why the RV was so dirty. If the RV was checked prior, there would have been no way to miss the fridge smell or dirty facilities. Even the microwave and trash can looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. It was unfortunate we ran into these issues because everything else with the RV was nice (ie. set up, TVs, outdoor stove and fridge).
