Bryan was very accommodating and helpful. The trailer was delivered on time as promised. As for the trailer, it was a total disappointment. First, as for the cleanliness, it looked like the only thing that was done from the last usage was the floor had been swept. The kitchen trash can was emptied, but the inside of the container was very dirty. The overall appearance of the inside of the trailer had the look of “run-down” and not taken care of. There was no fire extinguisher in the trailer, the bracket was there. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The screen was missing from the screen door. There were several large areas of the walls where the laminate had been peeled off. When you walked in front of the door, there was a loud squeaking sound from the floor. All the cabinets were junked up with the owner’s personal stuff so there was no room for storage except on top of the cabinets. A third of the bunk room floor was taken up with items that had to be moved into the living room before anyone could use the bunks. One of the shades was broken. The shower wand holder was broken so you had to hold the wand will you showered. The mattress in the main bedroom was terrible. The only good thing I can say about the trailer is the AC units worked VERY well.

We had a great trip. The trailer was nice and delivered on time. Air conditioner worked great! We selected the trailer we did because we needed a bunk room. One of the windows was missing the curtains so we had to rig something to cover it up. For having to pay a cleaning fee, I expected the camper to be a lot cleaner but it didn’t seem like it had had a good cleaning before we used it. Overall it was a good choice for us. Lots of items included in the camper.
