Michelle was super communicative the entire time, the van was spotless when we picked it up, it drove great and we had a really good trip! Even when we made last minute adjustments before the trip, Michelle was accommodating and super helpful. She gave us a thorough tour of the van before we started and we felt comfortable with the van. They went above and beyond with accommodating us (and our dog) and we were very pleased with our trip! I wasn’t worried after reading Michelle’s response to the other review - they sound crazy. Our experience was 5+ stars! Michelle is genuinely a very nice, personable and friendly person who really wanted us to have a good trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The Host did not have the RV ready by the time we rented it. The RV was dirty both inside and out, the sheets for the bed had not been cleaned. The host was unresponsive and would not speak to me directly, requiring all the commmunications go threough the Outdooeersy app.

Vehicle Readiness: Your reservation started on June 9th, but you requested an early pickup on June 8th. I accommodated this last-minute request, leading to a rushed exterior cleaning. The vehicle was ready and clean by the agreed rental start time.
