What a wonderful adventure from start to finish. Radnee, the owner, was engaged in our process and provided all the necessary information to make our trip "uneventful" in the good way! The motorcoach ran great, was economical, comfortable and reliable. We set up camp in two different locations along the Virginia eastern shore and set up and break down was a breeze. For all the right reasons, you need to bring a lot of your own things (linens, plates, cutlery) so plan accordingly. Everything worked perfectly and Radnee was terrific.

The overall experience with this RV and owner left me disappointed. Renters beware. Things started well - the owner spent time to show how the RV worked, explained the systems and went over everything in the parking lot. Some red flags appeared though in hindsight. He insisted that we check outdoorsy's policy on tires before leaving and made of pointing of noting how he watched them. He also made a point of describing how he had charged other renters for various things, such as a broken ladder - note this remained unfixed as of our rental. Turned out, I felt he was fishing for insurance coverage on the tires because the tires needed alignment and we had to spend time during the two week trip to go to a tire shop, buy new tires (the old ones wore all the way through and were in danger of blowing out) and get the entire system realigned. The owner paid for it but never offered to comp any time for our disruption during the trip. On return, the owner did not want to spend the time to look through the RV and instead stated he had 7 days to find anything wrong and bill us for it. HUGE red flag to me. I insisted we do the walk-through and then he released the deposit the next day.The last straw for me though (and what dropped this review from 3 stars to 2) was that he messaged me 2 days later to say we had left a few items in the RV. I was not sure what the items were, and asked for a photo and offered many times to meet to pick them up. The messages back from the owner got fewer and farther between and then he stopped responding entirely. For paying $2700 to the owner for our trip, I guess we don't even get the courtesy of a good followup. Once he gets the money you might as well forget about anything else.

This individual rented my unit in August 2020 since then 3 other renters had rented our RV.(2) $2,700? That is total you paid to outdoorsy which includes your insurance and other fees they charge. I do not get a penny of that. As a matter fact, outdoorsy takes 20% of the total rental from me. The total rental is the daily rent multiplied by the day’s. Overall paid to me was less than $1,400 minus the cost of tires and alignment. My price is fair as you can see the average rental price for an RV is $200 a night.

This was our first RV experience, and working with Radnee certainly made it easier and very enjoyable. While we had a fairly major mechanical issue arise, we also had complete cooperation from Radnee as far as getting a timely and successful repair accomplished so that we could get back on the road (as we were staying with family for two days anyway, we only lost about two hours off our original road schedule for the repair). Things happen; key is what kind of owner communication and help one can expect when these things come up. We can't say enough about how easy-going and customer-centric Radnee was with us, and we wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again!

Amazing first time 3 week RV trip out west. This RV was perfect for our family of 6 and 1 yr old pup! Very comfortable to travel in and plenty of room for all of our belongings. Radnee was extremely easy to work with and communication was never a problem. He was flexible with costs as our trip was a long one. Would highly recommend renting from him and his family.

We had an amazing 2 week vacation, thanks to Radnee and his beautiful RV! He was so great to deal with, and I’m certain one of the best owners on the entire Outdoorsy site. We had a mishap and damaged his outside ladder, and he was so understanding about the whole situation. We worked out the finances to have it repaired and that was the end of it. The RV slept our family of 6 very easily and comfortably. Radnee was quick to reply to any questions we had throughout the trip. Communication before, during, and after was excellent! We would definitely rent from him again!!

This was our first time Remington on Outdoorsy. We have rented from RV dealers multiple times. The entire experience was fantastic. Radnee’s RV was great and his ability to meet us after working hours and returning on a Sunday was great. We had our family of 4 children 18, 3, 2 and 1 with us as well as a wheel chair bound amputee. Lots of out side storage on this RV and even an out side shower that the little kiddos loved! The inside shower is also larger then most we have seen. We look forward to renting his RV again. Great service and great Patriot!

Great rental experience. RV was clean and in great condition and Radnee was pleasant and quick to respond to our questions or concerns. We would have liked to have seen some signed mutual agreement regarding condition of the unit on pickup and return in the event that any damage did occur.
All in all we had a great trip and would rent again.

Have to give Radnee and his RV, 5 stars across the board, it was just as described, low mileage, clean and everything worked as it should. We had a few questions before, during and after the trip and he usually responded within 15 minutes. He sends a great informational packet before your trip which is a great refresher even for an experienced camper. Just load your stuff and go, everything to hook up at the site is provided, he includes several other items like an emergency jumper system, jumper cables, chairs, and a heater for colder weather. We had a great trip, this was our first experience with Outdoorsy, and thanks to Radnee it will not ne our last, I highly recommend him and his RV.
