I’m a father, small business owner, soccer coach and family man. I bought my trailer to build memories with my kids and I absolutely love my trailer. So much that I’m willing to share it with other people that want to enjoy nature, events, soccer tournaments or the beach. Just please treat it as you would hope someone would treat your home or RV. This was the first time our family rented a camper trailer to Lake Hume (7hour road trip). Our first impression - EMACULATE and clean! Especially the bathroom. We went camping for 5 days 4 nights and there was plenty of sleeping space for two parents and 3 kids (10, 7 and 1 yo). Brian and Jamie mentioned our play pen would fit where the dinette table would be and they were right! I was able to keep my baby in there while I prepared for the day and for naps! No problems pulling the trailer with our F150 and it was great for bathroom breaks. Fridge worked great keeping our meat cold, plenty of storage space for dried goods and other camping items we couldn't fit in our truck bed. Brian's hospitality is better than most 4-5 star hotels I've stayed at. I had lots of questions weeks before our trip and he answered right away. He sent reminders for certain items Outdoorsy needed. He asked if there were any items we needed to make our camping trip extra. We ended up borrowing a generator, waffle maker, tv, Bluetooth speaker! They packed games in case the kids got bored. He was so accommodating and made sure to explain everything about the trailer - great communicator. We ended up paying extra for Brian to drop off/pick up the trailer and to handle the gray water. He made the entire rental experience a breeze, no hassle, no drama - Good vibes and it started the trip off to a good start. I would definitely rent from Brian again. No complaints.
