AWFUL experience. RUINED our weekend. Had a seamless exp last year. Rented again and it was a EPIC disaster.WOULD NOT RENT WITH THEM - AND THE TRAILER SMELT OF SEWERAGE WITH FLOODINGArrived Wednesday evening, informed the owner the faucet in kitchen sink didn't work and the oven didn't work. I could hear something spraying and i opened the sink cupboard to see the hose flooding it, so we ran and turned water off. Took video and sent to owner. He said he would come fix, he turned up 24 hours later. We had no water, no ability to wash anything and also didn't get to shower during this time. Had to use the outside bathroom at the camping place. When he came 730pm following day, he fixed it and i also told him trailer was leaking underneath and he fixed that after making a trip to lowes. He wasn't able to fix the oven. (Massive inconvenience as i was trying to put my unshowered children to bed) He said my wife is going to refund you some $ we are sorry. (ALL JUST WORDS.. didnt do any type refund despite no water and toilet flooding and sewage smell)The next morning the toilet was flooding and i told him. I sat and cleaned it up with towels and paper towels. They never came to fix it despite me asking them!!!! i waited all day and finally called outdoorsy put complaint in and spoke to RV road side assist and sat on the phone with them for 2 hours trying to trouble shoot via facetime the water flooding. They couldn't fix it. The solution was to leave the water off.So for 5 days, we had 1 shower each and had to use an outside toilet. and not have any running water and it stunk!THEN when i asked for some type of compensation they went and charged security deposit for $500 for pet policy - So now in dispute. Really shadey and terrible experience.WOULD NOT RENT WITH THEM - AND THE TRAILER SMELT OF SEWERAGE

This is the message we sent you:Good afternoon Jimeale,We are, unfortunately, going to be filing to keep the security deposit. We understand that your stay was not what was expected, in regards to functionality and ease of use. And for that, we are sorry. We want to offer everyone a hassle free experience, and that doesn’t seem to be what you had.
However, because of the issues that you had, we are able to take it to a vendor to get it looked at. So thank you for being vocal about what was going on.We did try to fix as many of the issues as we feasibly could by driving out and replacing/remedying the issues we could. We did offer to cancel the reservation, as inconvenient as that would have been, and refund you the money. You said you were going to stay and we talked you through fixing the issues. However, we have a strict no pet policy. By wanting to provide a hassle free experience, that inlcudes removing the possibility of pets. While there, Ryan said there were two Dachshund dogs in there. Regardless of how long they were in there, the amount of dog hair throughout the rig and the muddy paw prints imbedded on the leather pullout couch in the living room area is too large of a health and safety risk for any potential future renters for us to ignore. The cost of hiring a company to come out and deep clean the rig, loss of use while the rig is being cleaned and then the repairs in throughout, regardless of fault or normal wear and tear versus the time and cost of me doing it myself (buying the sanitizing products for pets, buying a steam cleaner/deep cleaner to clean the sander out of all cloth things, replacing the bunk mats and potentially pullout couches in two areas is more than the security deposit covers. However, because of the plumbing/water issues, we are still wanting to refund at least $200 for the inconvenience of functionality while you were staying with us.We apologize for the headache and the roller coaster of emotions this last week has put everyone through. But there is an agreement that was signed and it was ignored on your part. We want to do our part as the host to refund your stay, but we cannot and will not refund the full security deposit because you failed to follow and comply with the agreements signed before and after the rental was completed. We wish you the best in your future rentals.Best wishes,Hollie and Ryan

Hollie and her spouse were nothing short of fantastic. They were caring and addressed all our needs. Their RV was comfortable and more than met the needs of my wife and children. While the RV was great, the hosts were even better. Highly recommend Hollie for your camping adventure needs!
