We had a great experience from start to finish. Professional friendly service. The details were explained Throughly and with understanding on how to operate RV. I like the fact that generator was not limited to a few hours, it was unlimited and that gave us the beauty of utilizing the AC. I will definitely rent again in the future. Thank you for A-1 service. Same day booked and the same day pick up was a breeze after the other RV person canceled on us the night before we were to pick up. Thank God just hours later we were able to book and pick up with Courtney Kimbriel hosted by K-Fam Rentals. Thank you for helping our Family and Friends make memories that would last a lifetime. Look forward to booking again in the future❤️

This RV was perfect for a 4 day quick getaway to NC. Very comfortable for 4 adults with extra room to spare. The host provided all of the amenities. We highly recommend and will definitely rent again.

Great communication - over and above. The pick-up was simple and easy. The RV was better than expected - the pictures on the ;listing don't show it, but they have two TVs inside and one outside, so it's a greta tailgate vehicle. Clean linens. Clean RV. Drive well. No issues. Gas mileage was better than expected. Overall, great vehicle - hope to rent from again.

Our RV trip was AMAZING. Steve was extraordinarily helpful, even responding to texts beyond 9PM and even meeting us back at the facility to drop off at 11PM and helped unload the vehicle and everything. The RV was CLEAN and had all the essentials like toilet paper, towels, sheets & blankets. They even included a thank you basket with trail mix and smore ingredients and water bottles. These guys go the extra mile even! Example: I forgot my sunglasses in the vehicle and texted Steve, and he shipped them out with such care, bubble wrapping and boxing it up for safe shipment. Absolutely outstanding experience. We are very grateful for these guys and would definitely recommend going with them and we will be repeat customers for future trips.

We had a great experience with this RV on a long distance trip out of state! K-Fam provided excellent service before and during our trip. Courtney promptly answered all of our questions online, and Steven provided a good tutorial when we picked up the RV. We had a couple minor issues and questions during the trip, but Steven always answered our phone calls and was there to help. The inside is nicely maintained and all appliances worked well, including the AC which was crucial during our road trips on hot days. All of the beds were comfortable to sleep in as well. We also really appreciated K-Fam's flexibility on pickup and dropoff times to accommodate our schedule. Overall a great experience!
