We were initially very pleased with Bill's Wolf Pup. Unfortunately, as the trip progressed, there were a number of things that didn't function properly. Most of Bill's communication was good, but when we had one of the more significant issues he was unavailable due to an emergency. So we had no stove. Things weren't as clean as they should've been. Some issues with black and gray tank indicators. (Which he mentioned) But actual dumping didn't go so well either. (I HAVE done this before!) Shades were broken/didn't work properly. Had to fight with microwave to get the door open. We did have a good time. But a lot to work around. I told Bill I would rent the Wolf Pup again if he fixes his issues. Very likeable and easy to deal with guy.

It was our first such experience, and we are very grateful to William for the perfectly organized camper and his service! Everything is on time, clean, has everything necessary, stylish and friendly. William delivered and set up the trailer himself with no problems or questions. So we will rent this camper again next year and wholeheartedly recommend this service from William to all our friends!

Delivered and set up as promised. Bill was responsive and thorough regarding all questions and inquiries before and during the rental. Camper had all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation, will definitely rent from Bill again.
