We have done tent camping in the past but we decided to get an RV because we didn’t want to rough it anymore. But we definitely went back to roughing it in this RV had No working shower, refrigerator that would start beeping in the middle of the night, a bed with to back support ( my husband back locked up after a few nights of sleep, loss of sleep. We decided to go back to tent camping, the money we paid was not worth the aggravation we endured. We look forward to this vacation all year and we couldn’t wait to go home to rest so we cut the trip short.

Thank you for your feedback as it helps us to make things better for future renters. I feel that a few of the things you mentioned are operator error, such as the fridge beeping and the shower not working. The fridge only beeps if the door is not closed properly as to warn you that your food is going to get warm if the door is not closed soon. The shower also has a button that needs to be pressed so that the water pressure changes from a low pressure to a higher pressure. As for the bed, this is a camper and we have added 2 different types of padding and cushion to provided extra support but there is only so much we can do on our end before it is no longer in our hands. Out of the 24 reviews we have received, I don't think that you gave a very fair or accurate description of our camper or what we provide. You also failed to mention that we spent well over an hour getting a hitch ready for you so that you could tow the unit properly and not hurt your car in the process. Thank you.

Such a fun trip. This camping trailer was just perfect. The most kindest, coolest laid back people to rent from they truly made this renting experience so much smoother then I thought it was going to be. This first experience renting was just top of the line, we will be using them for all our camping trips intell we get one of our own. Thank you A to Z Rv for this smooth experience!

A-Z we're very easy to deal with. We are experienced with RV living so we didn't need coaching. The trailer was a couple years old and had definite signs of use. Other than the toilet everything worked fine. The hostess warned us that the toilet was not great and so we just made adjustments to accommodate. We really just wanted a way to stay in my brother's yard with our small dog and the trailer allowed us to do that. The bed was comfortable and the air and heat worked great. A better deal than trying to get a motel for 3 weeks.
