Without going into a lot of detail, my wife and I bought this RV brand new with hopes that we could visit our family in Seattle and San Diego. We were hardly able to use it because shortly after my wife passed away from cancer. We had a wonderful 56 years of marriage. Now I hope to bring joy to others as they use my RV. Hosts were nice people who are representing her father (who owns the RV)...not sure who is responsible for the upkeep/maintenance but here are a few of the smaller items that were not up to snuff: Levellors not operating properly (took a very long time to get the coach level). Had to repair main door gas spring ourselves. Showerhead valve button was inoperable. Lower shelf in fridge needs to be replaced (broken, so we had to repair in with duct tape to use it.)
MAIN ISSUE: Generator had a broken muffler we concluded as it ran SO DARN LOUD that 3 campers complained, banged on our door, and we were cited by the Park Ranger...so as a result, we had no AC and no 110 (could not use any of the outlets. We have leased RVs before and not had such a debilitating situation. There you go!!! Jacqueline Palmatier

William's RV was perfect for our family of five! Plenty of sleeping room and space for everyone. Also, as a first time RV driver I found it easy to navigate, and was very thankful for the rear camera when in reverse. Geoff/Jenni were extremely helpful when picking up the RV and walking me through all of the features as well as answering the many questions I had. Great overall experience! We will rent from William again!
