The trailer had inoperative couch brackets which prevented the trailer from being put in travel mode and had to be manually dismantled. There were many torn velcro fabric ends which prevented sealing of the trailer. The host demanded an additional cash payment of $300 for trumped up damage claims on return of the trailer, instead of going through Outdoorsy, which is contrary to Outdoorsy policy.
