owner delivered, we used this instead of a small tent, then owner picked up. very communicative and direct, I plan on using this rental again!

The camper itself was as listed and delivered on time. However, the host let us leave the camper for them to pick up later, without us being present. I later got notified that we are charged for taking camp chairs that we did not take. When I tried to reach out to the host to discuss this they would not reply. I reached out to outdoorsy and they said it was at the discretion of the host. This is the only time we’ve had problems in the six years of camping and renting with Outdoorsy. Make sure you take pictures of all of the items in the camper and make sure the host is there to go through a walk-through when the camper is returned.
