This trailer comes with a campsite electrical hook up (with adapter) but no running water inside. There is also a small electric fridge and a working furnace. I also have a ball hitch adapter (1/78" to 2") for your towing needs. Previous experience with pop-up campers is helpful. My wife Kelly and I have loved this trailer for years.
