We have 5 kids ranging from the ages 17-27. We have 4 dogs, 2 german shepherd, 1 shih tzu, and 1 mixed breed that we rescued from the shelter. Our favorite trip would have to be driving down to South Carolina and Key West. We love doing little weekend getaways for family bonding time.

Chris and Ed were wonderful! This is our second time booking their RV. The vehicle is clean and spacious. Although we only had four occupants, we could have comfortably included two more. If available, I would book with again.

Well unfortunately we had a mechanical issue about 10 minutes after we got on the high way. This was in now way the owner's fault in my opinion. They were so kind. They let me take videos so we wouldn't forget how to operate anything. The only thing I didn't appreciate with this experience was that we left our home at 12:00pm to pick up this rv and my husband drove it back with NO cell phone battery so we couldn't even communicate as to what ussues he was having with the a/c. We pulled over hours later because if you are from the area you know Chicago summer is TRAFFIC EVERYWHERE. We didn't get home until 5:30pm. Granted the overview took about an hour. regardless the wife would only refund us for the rental if we turned around and brought it right back. I was truly surprised since they seemed like such good people but I explained to her we locked it up and wouldn't be using it but she still charged us $275 for a whole night. It was a HOT day and I booked this for my husband who doesn't do well with heat so we just sucked it up and drove it back the next morning. There was no way we were going to spend Father's Day weekend without a working Air Conditioner. We were both so disappointed. The husband didn't change us for gas which was really awesome. I have looked at the itemized bill yet but that's what he said he was going to do. Hopefully his wife let him keep his word. Overall this RV is in excellent condition (just needs and ac charge) and the couple were a pleasure. I really wish it would've worked out.

Chris and Ed are wonderful, so is their home away from home. Their RV is modern and in mint condition. It was easy to hook up and their tutorial upon pickup provides a plethora of valuable knowledge which prepares you thoroughly for the experience. The RV is roomy and comfortable. No problems, issues or complaints. If you listen and follow their advice and i instructions, you’re in for a vacation filled with nothing but positive memories! Enjoy.

This was our first time using Outdoorsy and it was a great experience. The Palumbo's, owners of the RV were very helpful guiding me throughout the process. This RV has all the bells a whistles , it's a great ride and an attractive RV with plenty of room no matter the distance you'll be traveling . My family loved the space, the and all the amenities of this RV, will do it again...

Chris and her husband were wonderful. They took us through the mechanics of each part of the RV. We felt completely confident in leaving their home with their second home. The RV was super clean and well maintained. The paperwork was complete and comprehensive. They were responsive with all of our questions and typically replied within minutes.

I rented this RV before with no issues. However, this time, I had a really disappointing experience and won’t rent from them again. I was charged $300 in fees for cleaning and emptying the holding tank. Both were done already.

Wonderful experience. Had a great trip to Lowden state park in Oregon,IL. The RV was easy to drive and setup. Ed and Christine spent over an hour thoroughly going over all the details. We had no issues on our trip. Special call out to Outdoorsy customer support rep Alexa Albright who went above and beyond finding an RV after the previous owner had to cancel just days before our trip.

This experience was fantastic!!! We were RV newbies and the owners could not have been more helpful. They spent as much time as we needed, giving attention to every detail, teaching us how the RV operated. We had all the info we needed to have a great trip. They assured us we could call them day or night with questions or problems. We felt they cared, that they wanted us to have a great vacation. The RV was beautiful, luxurious, clean, like new. We had the family trip of a lifetime. I highly recommend this rental.

When we pulled up to pick up the RV, it looked like it had just come off the show room floor…Wow! The RV was Immaculate inside and out! Ed and Christine spent such a generous amount of time with us, explaining the operation of all components and systems, which really made the trip more relaxed and the hook up a breeze when we arrived at our site. We had a couple of questions while away and they answered our texts immediately… they truly demonstrated how much they cared about everything going smooth and our group being absolutely satisfied.
