About Michael Hauck

Hi there! We are a family of 4 who loves spending time around a campfire and sleeping out under the stars with our 2 young kids. We work hard and play hard - taking trips out of Chicago to the many gorgeous state parks, campgrounds and beaches that surround us. We rented campers for a few years before finally taking the plunge and buying our very own Airstream Basecamp 20X. We really love how easy it is to tow behind our Toyota 4Runner, and the convenience of having a cool, comfortable bed (and bathroom!) near by.
