My family of four took one of the RVs for a vacation from TX to FL. During pick up we were walked through how to use the vehicle and all of its features. The vehicle was easy to drive, clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Dustin and Christie were very communicative about the entire process. Dustin was able to walk us through leveling the RV late at night when we found out one of the feet of the leveling system was gone. The drop off was smooth, they directed us where to park and let us leave. Inspection was to be performed later that day and the deposit was refunded within 2 weeks of returning. Overall we had a great experience and will use them again for our next family road trip. Thanks!

Overall wonderful experience! Van is clean, comfortable, and made the 7 hour road trip feel like part of vacation. We didn’t have any trouble with the vehicle except-one of the window shades was broken, Google play wasn’t connected, and the WiFi never worked (even in major cities) so we had to use cell phone hotspots to operate the TV/watch movies. Aside from that, amazing host and amazing experience!!

Dustin and his wife are amazing. Communication was 10 times more than I expected. Phenomenal people to book with. Everything worked like it should. This is my third time renting, and I will absolutely go through this host moving forward because this is far by the best experience compared to the others.

This is the third time that I have rented a travel trailer from Dusty. The trailers are always well-maintained and well-stocked with the essentials we need for our camping trip. Dusty, Shantel, and Christie are always very easy to work with and responsive, for instance when I need to modify my rental days. I highly recommend them and will come back to them again for our next RV trip.

The host seemed too interested in warning us about damages that we’d be on the hook for if x, y, or z broke. I left our initial walk through the day we signed our rental agreement and picked up the RV wondering “does this guy rent rvs or file insurance claims?” Too late to cancel and lose excessive cancellation fees though.

Well....First off there is a lot of discrepancies in your review and I'd have to say flat out LIES! We had a very great relationship at departure, during, and shortly after return. I run a very honest and well know business with a mostly 5 star reviews across a fleet of 25 units. We spent more than a 10 minute walkthrough, gave your family all the time you wanted to go through the unit at pick up, asked multiple times if you had any concerns or questions, and you all seemed very pleased with the condition of the RV. I quickly answered your call when you a technical issue and resolved it. We walked the RV to check for prior damages as I pointed out a scratch and yes, a very small sized, already sealed rock chip in the upper windshield. The rock chip damaged you came back with is a major chunk and splits in the windshield requiring it to be replaced! You even offered to call your own insurance to file a claim. The damage deposit and insurance deductibles I explain thoroughly so renters understand their responsibility at pick up. I don't like having damage claims and down time on my RV's on return. The RV was NOT filthy in anyway as you say! However I reimbursed you the cleaning fee in good faith. I purchased it a week prior to your reservation off the showroom floor at a dealer, had my crew stock and clean it, and you I didn't hear of any these complaints until after we discussed the windshield damage and deposit??? We can't help bugs getting into the unit during your trip! The message I received from you on return is "I parked that clean looking beast next to your office", followed the next day with a an overall pleasant feedback with some concerns and broken items. (Most not broken at departure). I then received multiple threats that by holding your deposit you would leave bad reviews. After multiple conversations with you after return I feel this 1 star review is unjustified and had there not been damage to the windshield and loss of deposit this review would had turned out a lot differently. I understand it's frustrating to loose your deposit for damages and unfortunately that is a risk when renting anything! This windshield will cost about $4K to get replaced so it's not like I just kept your deposit in my pocket. This uncanny review is about you loosing your damage deposit rather than sharing your overall experience, good and bad overall. I'm sorry your experience was less than perfect with us however, I don't know what we could have done differently to satisfy you.

We had a great time in the Winnebago view! Loved all the counter space in the kitchen galley and it was easy to drive.

Dusty was very accommodating in making a last minute swap with another customer due to our need for a reliable generator. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in taking care of customer needs. Rented a 2019 Winnebago View. This unit ran and handled great, A/C, water heater, and general systems were great. Cabinets, pantry and interior drawers are showing their age and do not stay closed going down the road, which could be a safety concern depending on what flies out of an opening refrigerator or cabinet.
Overall the vehicle was a good experience. Looking forward to renting a newer unit next time.

Kyle, we are glad you enjoyed your trip with the RV but sorry it did not meet your expectations for a 5 star review. We do our best to make sure our units are always kept up with and fix all the little things as we see them. Sorry the drawer latches were not holding and we are looking into the fridge latches. Unfortunately when these RVs are rolling down the road with turns and mountain roads things like draws catches sometimes do that especially if there’s a lot of weight stored in them. We will get these latches fixed for the next guest and sorry again you had to experience that. Thank you for your business.

Overall, our experience was fantastic. There were a couple of small minor glitches that maybe could’ve been explained a little better but other than that, the trailer was great and was exactly as advertised.
