Well, to start this out, our host canceled the RV we had rented three days before our trip. Your customer support reached out and helped us find a replacement RV for the trip at the last minute. I am very thankful for that. Now, this is where the next issues come in. Jason @ Camptastic was my contact with you guys. he had told me pickup was @ 3Pm sharp and there would be extra cost if before or after that time. The owner of the RV was not around @ 3. After calling him, he was told 4 PM. He was 25 minutes away at this time. After getting the RV, there were many concerns/ issues. He had pointed out there was some damages to the RV. I noticed on are walk around that the RV was not clean at all. The gray water tank was 1/4 full yet, and the LP was @ 1/4 as well. I followed Joe ( the RV owner) to the local gas station. He had the RV filled with LP. He was showing me at this time how things work. When showing me the awning, it fell apart. Luckily, I am a Diesel Mechanic and handy at fixing things. I was able to get it back in so I could get the RV to my house and repair the broken rivets in the arm so it would be usable. My wife and I spent over 2 hours cleaning the RV before we could pack it up for the trip. There was mold in the fridge, freezer and Ice trays. Poop in the toilet, Mold in the base of the shower. Toothpaste and spit in the sink and countertop. After it got dark, the house battery system started beeping at me when I unplugged it for shore power. I inspected the batteries and found they are in horrible condition. I had to remove and install the batteries out of my personal dump trailer so we could still make this trip happen. Testing the system after I found the house batteries are not charging when the engine is running. Found that the solenoid that makes this happen is bad. I had to move the wires to one side of the post to make it work till I could get a new one on the trip. After checking the tires, the recommended PSI is 80PSI. The tires were anywhere from 48-65PSI. I took the time to inflate the tires, but the Rear 4 tires were at the Replace bar, so at the point for being unsafe on the road. I did let Jason know at Camptastic, and he said if there are any issues using the roadside assistance card I was provided. After being on the road, the radio/ GPS stopped working. It would start to load and stop. we also found the hot water heater was leaking water due to a bad O-ring in the drain/ filter housing. I got a new o-ring and replaced it to stop the leak. The sewer drain hose had a hole in it, so when draining the RV it would make a mess and was unsanitary. It had rained one night, and there was water coming from the 5-inch exhaust vent. I went on top of the RV and found the cover was missing/ gone. I took the time to seal the opening with a bag and tape so there would be no damage to the RV. I have communicated all this to the owner during and after the trip. Joe was great to deal with during the trip. He also told me he was going to make up for the issues. It has been a week now with minimal communication. Not sure how rentals normally go / work, but this is not what I had expected. I expected a turnkey/ready unit for the price I paid to rent it. This cost me time and money above and beyond what I paid to rent it. It also put me behind schedule on our family trip with the repairs I had to make. I have sent an email to the Outdoorsy support team on 8-6-25 with no response yet at this time. I would like to speak to someone on this matter please. Best to reach me at -320-224-7337. I have more Pictures at request. Thank you

Horribly old, worn-out vehicle with >200,000 miles. Many deficiencies:
1. Transmission slips
2. Rooftop A/C unit works only intermittently
3. Vehicle brights do not work properly
4. Ceiling fan does not operate
5. Awning does not operate
6. Missing screws holding interior fabric/padding
7. Kitchen Kit rented for $99 does not even include plates
8. Inspection before renting incomplete - used toothpicks under the driver's seat

Such a great addition to our family trip! We needed extra room because the family lake house was full. They slept 2 couples and a kid very comfortably. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. He came and set up the entire RV with great detail. We will for sure use him again!

The pickup experience was flawless . . . the unit itself was clean and had many additional items that were useful in the experience. . . . it had items like USB plugins for the lighters, it had can openers, knives. The orientation process was great, it made the rental easy. The equipment operated flawlessly . . . the trip was fabulous in no small measure due to the equipment and the personal experience from Jason, Max and the entire team at RVThereYet.

Super easy to drive and very spacious. We didn’t use most of the amenities as we were parked outside of our family’s cabin. It’s a bit of a trek to pick up after flying in to MSP but we had no problem getting Ubers to/from the owner’s home.
