Pick up of unit went well and towing the unit seemed effortless. The sway bar system you use was easy to install and take down. I will not rent a unit with a Murphy Bed again even though it's better than sleeping on the ground at my age it wasn't comfortable to sleep on. I will not rent a unit without bump outs again either due to lack of room. All in all it was a very good experience as we booked this unit in late June, we got what was available. The only downside to the whole event is that we were not able to return the unit on Sunday afternoon which meant we had to pay for Sunday night to have the unit sit in my driveway. A little flexibility would help to insure my return to Kunes RV.

A couple notes about the rented unit. 1. Water pump kicked in during the night, had to shut off. 2. provide a clear elbow end for waist tube so you can see when debris ends during flush. 3. Eileen did a great job and was organized. Overall pick up and return was EZ

Great experience. The camper was very clean and roomy. Overall Kunes was very good to do business with. Eileen was Outstanding. I called a few times with questions and she returned calls promptly and had all the answers. She was a pleasure to work with.
