Dan was very accommodating. We rented the RV during a holiday and he made it a point to have it ready. It was very comfortable and clean. We truly enjoyed it and would rent from him again. The whole process was great. It was our first time driving one so he took the time to show us how everything worked. When we had questions he was quick to response. I cannot say enough about the dedication and customer service commitment of Reis and the gang at Tropical RV. Reis made two trips to Homestead in order to make sure our RV’ing experience was perfect. The way he does anything needed to make things perfect is not seen very often in this day and age. Total dedication to customer and to RVing.

***BRAND NEW RVer? So was I until recently! In summary... my family and I had a wonderful experience with Tropical RV Adventures. It was obvious immediately that Dan and his team are experienced professionals. From communication via text to providing useful information to the actual RV introduction tour, the team was great and DELIVERED on everything that was promised and what we expected. I would not hesitate to use Tropical RV Adventures for our next fun getaway!

I rented a RV from this company and told them at pick up that lIl be using my generator to power it going camping off grid I get to where I'm going.
Hook the generator up and I cannot get power. The young guy at pick up did not tell me anything about having to Ground out my generator so I had no power the entire trip what a miserable experience when I returned the RV the owner asked me how my trip was I said terrible. He smirked the entire time didn't offer me anything nothing I will never rent from this company ever again. I paid all the extra fees that costed me over $600 and not happy at all also didn't offer the proper sway hitch
