I am flexible with pickup and drop off times, but please when making a time to pick up and drop off you Commit to picking up and dropping off on those times. I do not live at my storage unit, and it's not cool that I come to meet people for pickup and drop off and they are late and I am stuck waiting around. I do have a life outside of this business, so please be respectful.If the unit is excessively dirty (dirty dishes, dishes in the sink, trash left, floors, counters, microwave, refrigerator, sink, toilet, bathtub, ect) there will be an additional $75 cleaning fee. I've tried to let things go, but people seem to think it's ok to leave the unit a huge mess.

Have had an RV for over 10 years, currently full time RV in a 42 foot 5th wheel! I use my 30 foot toy hauler to take my race car to the drag strip, my X3 to the desert, and dry camp at the beach to enjoy the scenery. All of my RV's have off grid capabilities such as solar, extra batteries, extra water storage, and a generator, so go out there and don't worry about hooking up!

I rented this trailer for an event I was planning on new year. The RV was awesome it was clean in good condition I had no problem with it. David was awesome I rented 3 of his trailers he was really helpful and flexible with pick up and drop off time. If I ever need to rent an RV I will most likely go with David again.

First off David was amazing and beyond accommodating. From the communication prior to the trip to the very end. Would have given him a 7 star rating if it were possible. I’ve never looked into a drop off and delivery before, but will in the future because of him. He was as flexible with time of drop off and pick up To-A-T. Highly recommend this gentleman to all those looking for professionalism, cleanliness and generally an all around great guy🙏🏻

Pickup and delivery was great because we did it ourselves. David is a good host. The trailer was definitely not as advertised. I had to clean it myself before I put anything in it. There wasn’t a queen bed or television as advertised. There wasn’t even a trash can! But it gave us a roof over our heads and we always enjoy our time away

RV was clean when you picked it up, I'm sorry the AC blew out some dust, unfortunately since it did come from Burning Man on the previous trip there was still some dust that came out of the AC and when a RV moves down the road (which you know since you have an RV) AND you took it 2000 miles but no matter how much cleaning you do more dirt and dust still appears. There is NO TV or trash can in the description, and it definitely has a queen bed.
