1996 Winnebago Itasca Sunova
This RV has dark green driver and passenger seats and some dark green carpet.
It also has some beige berber carpet.
It has a queen size bed in back, a fold out couch and a fold down table.
It has the fresh water tank, grey and black water tanks and all the hoses.
These tanks are empty.
The cab and roof AC units work. All RVs get hot inside on a hot day.
The furnace, fridge and water heater all work.
There is tons of closet and drawer space inside and a huge basement.
There is even a microwave and a built in coffee maker.
It has a nice spacious bathroom with shower and the bathroom door blocks the hallway for more privacy and space.
This RV drives smoother than my Ram Promaster Van.
The electronics can also include a Garmin GPS, Back Up Camera, and Front DVR.
What's includedAll appliances work that I know of. We have never used the furnace.
This rig is furnished with a 7" Garmin GPS, 7" Rear-View Camera Monitor, Walkie-Talkies, bed linens and bath towels.
There is a remote thermometer for monitoring the inside temperature. The inside can easily be over 100 degrees.
There are some blankets and a jump starter in the hallway. We have never needed the jump starter to start the rig but it is good for other things.
The engine battery is new and I added a dual monitor, just push and hold the button.
The TV works well and has a HDMI cord in the small cabinet above the driver for games. The Antennae is manual, reception in Alton is perfect, reception at your destination ???
There are folding chairs, float pumps, lanterns, tools and other camping items in the basement on the right side of the awning. Please clean before putting back.
Wheel chocks and levelers are just to the rear of the awning.
The shore cord, fresh water hose and tank drain hose are in the compartment below the furnace. There are see-through drain hose fittings.
There is no water in the fresh water tank for driving stability safety. If you have potable water supplied at your destination, you do not need to fill this tank.RecommendationsWe have taken the rig to Bass River Resort and to Garrison's Resort around Steelville, MO and had very nice times kayaking, canoeing, and rafting.
Renters pay for their own resort fees.
We must know and approve of your exact destinations.
It would be much cheaper on you to stop by Midwest in Cuba, MO and use their dump station. They only charged us about $6.00 to dump and rinse.
Always connect to shore power. Never run the RV on batteries Other things to noteThis is an older rig and you must plug the shore power cord back into the outlet under the coach. It does not have an automatic transfer switch.
For your safety: Do not move around inside the rig while it is moving. You can be seriously hurt or killed. Everyone must be buckled in while moving. We are not responsible for accidents.
Please use a "Spotter" when backing up. There are walkie-talkies and a rear view camera provided. If your spotter cannot see your mirrors, then you cannot see them.

The RV got us safely to our location, but the generator did not work. So we had no Air conditioning for the drive, nor did the refrigerator work, until we were plugged in. The owner was very responsive and did send tips to try and help, but the generator just needs repaired or replaced it seems. Had we known of this issue, causing no air conditioning, we would have never rented this RV. Our kids had a very long and hit drive. Other minor things- the furniture was covered in dog hair and the bathroom was not clean.

Q.Can we take the RV anywhere we want to?
A.
No.
You will be authorized to take the RV where you said you were going to go.
You may make stops along the way for food, fuel, entertainment, etc.
But you are not allowed to take it outside the planned and authorized route without authorization.
Doing this can incur criminal charges also.
You will be asked where you plan to go and what route you want to take.
This is for your safety and the security of the RV in case of high jacking.
Q.What does the AC run off of?
A.
The coach AC runs off of 120V shore power and off the generator. You must start and run the generator while on the road. If you do not remember the start up procedure, call and ask.
Q.Do we run the water pump while on shore water?
A.
No. There is no reason to turn this pump on when on shore water, especially without water in the tank. Allowing this pump to run throughout your trip will run your batteries down and possibly destroy them. This pump is used only for immediate use, then you turn it off. (Run it maybe 5 minutes at a time.)
Q.How do you use this toilet?
A.
This is not like the toilet in your home. It is similar to an aircraft toilet. Before using, run some water in it to keep the smells down, then flush. You should leave some water in the toilet for the next person. The contents go into the black holding tank which has to be dumped before you return the RV. The contents of the kitchen sink go into the grey tank and also must be dumped before returning.
