These are potential fees that may be applied after your rental ends, depending on the condition the trailer is returned in. Charges will only be applied if necessary and will be deducted from the security deposit with documentation (photos, timestamps, etc.).
• Excessive Cleaning Fee
A standard setup and cleaning fee is included in your rental. If the trailer is returned with excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or waste, an additional cleaning fee of up to $150 may be charged.
• Dumping
If trailer is at a location where dumping is unavailable. A fee of $30 will be charged.

What do I need to bring?
A.
I like to walk into our camper and feel at home. I hope our guests feel the same! Have a favorite pillow? Bring it! Otherwise, you are provided with plenty of fresh, cozy linens! The bathroom is stocked with towels & soaps (even an emergency first aid kit!) So just bring your personal toiletry needs. The kitchen is stocked with everything you should need! Bring your food (minus the coffee‐ I've got you covered!)

Do you provide anything for us to use outside?

We provide 4 chairs and a folding table for your use, as well as a few smores sticks! We prefer to cook and live life in the outdoors when we camp and we're happy to offer those things for an additional price! Please see the add-on section for those options.
