3 bed family fun 24’ 11” camper trailer. Comes with electronic A/C, heater, BT stereo, refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, microwave, oven, full sink and plenty of storage space for all your items. We provide necessary water & dump Hoses, blocks for leveling. What's includedWe provide necessary water & dump Hoses, blocks for leveling. We also provide dishes(4set), a cast iron skillet, towels and minor cleaning supplies. Linen and pillows. A 3550 w generator that’s available to rent as an add on, can ride in personal car or sit inside RV.RecommendationsMany camp sites all around. Seward and Homer are our favorite places to go.Other things to noteWe ask that you do not smoke in the trailer. No wipes, napkins or toilet paper down the drains. Pick up and drop off are between noon and 5pm, please make sure to communicate pick up or drop off prior to pick up day. A sweep and wipe down of the trailer. Failure to do so will result in added fees.Please return trailer in the condition it was rented, including the following:Propane tanks full
Generator tank full (if applicable)
Any dirty linen provided in green laundry bags
Black water and gray water tanks empty
All trash removed
No fish or game cleaning inside
No smoking
Must have suitable towing vehicle with brake controller$200 deep cleaning fee for anything more than standard tidying
