Electric tongue jack so there is no manual cranking, the stabilizers are manual, but I will include a drill and the appropriate sockets to make setup a breeze.
You do have the option of having me deliver and setup for a fee which is a much easier option for many, setup fee will be deducted from deposit after your trip is completed.-Set up and delivery available for fee, $150 within 50 miles, additional mileage rates will be determined on a case-by-case basis.NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above. Many of these items can be included if you just ask, anything I can do to make the rental as convenient as possible. Due to numerous damage claims we are now providing canopies instead of use of the awning.
