This lightweight trailer is approximately 400lbs tongue weight. This is the same floorplan we started camping in with our two young children. The bunkbeds give everyone their own space. The camper sleeps 4 comfortably (Queen bed with upgraded mattress and two bunks) but up to 6 when the dinette is converted into a bed.The camper is fully stocked for everything you need including linens and washable dishware. Camping is certainly easier with paper and plastic so you might consider packing your own disposables. The AC blows cold for those muggy summer days and the heater will keep you cozy during the cool spring and fall nights.The freezer is cold, but it's kind of like a dorm freezer... Just an ice box inside of the fridge. The camper requires a 15 amp outlet at minimum (20 amp is best) as it does not have a solar panel or generator provided.Out-of-state travel is permitted and encouraged.I will always due my best to meet you prior to departure to show you around. It's possible that I will be busy at my day job so please send a request prior to booking if you aren't comfortable grabbing and going without a tour. What's included• Bedding

Perfect camper for my husband and I. Went to Missisinewa. Everything worked as expected. Adam was easy to work, great st communicating with and we appreciated the firewood. Look forward to renting from him again.
