RecommendationsFlagler State Park
This is one of our favorites. It has everything you could want; large meadows/fields, history that’s fun for the kids, old military barracks to explore, hiking, and beach fun. We also just love getting away to the peninsula and strolling through port Townsend.
Deception Pass State Park-
This is one of Washington most famous state parks with so much to see and do. People enjoy biking, hiking around the park and kayaking over at Bowman Bay. Popular swimming area at Cranberry Lake with kayak and paddle board rentals available. If you have never been here we highly recommend this park.
Horseshoe Cove at Baker Lake-
A local favorite with beautiful scenery, swimming, boating, hiking. Some favorite hikes near this campground including Park Butte and Anderson/ Watson Lakes. Definitely worth checking out this area even if it's just for the day.
Winthrop-
This is a frequent destination for us. Some popular and gray campgrounds include Pearrygin Campground, Big Pine Lake Resort, and the KOA. Some fun activities include floating the river (tubes can be rented from the KOA), enjoying ice cream and sweets in downtown Winthrop, the farmers market, mountain biking, and hiking.
Leavenworth-
This is one of our favorite towns to visit anytime of the year. It always seems to have something fun going on. Popular activities include hiking, tubing the river in the summer or hitting the summer theaters. We always stop while in town to enjoy a family favorite meal of bratwurst and sauerkraut.

What a great trip. The trailer was in perfect condition with everything we could have asked for and more. Devon and Beth were so friendly and helpful. There was plenty of room for a family of six and the setup and tear down were so easy and quick. Pulled with a full size pickup and I could barely tell it was there
