This RV will feel like home while you experience life's Grand adventures! It is is equipped with all the amenities and features of making your stay a memorable one:
- 4 beds for sleeping options ( Master- 2 adults, Bunkhouse - 2 bunks and pullout couch (no one over 150lbs on single pull down bunk)
- Master bed features upgraded cooling memory foam mattress.
- Kitchen with refrigerator / freezer, microwave, oven, and stop top. Large pantry area.
-Dinette table
- Electric fireplace (can be used as a heat source, or for aesthetics)
- 2 person reclining couch with heat and massage vibration.
- 2 Roku Televisions (1 in living room, 1 in bunkhouse)
- 1.5 baths (one near master, 1/2 bath located in bunkhouse)
- 2 awnings for shady out door areas (weather permitted)
- Large area mat for outdoors with chairs
- Cordless vacuum making cleaning up a breeze!
With our service you will receive:
-Convenience of delivery of unit (*contact us for delivery fees)
-Setup of unit (Once you arrive at your campsite the unit will be immediately ready for use - water, power, and sewage will already be hooked up - if available.)
-Tear down of unit on departure day. When leaving simply gather your personal belongings and leave the rest to us!If you are staying at a campsite which has full hookups you can expect the following:
- The refrigerator/freezer will be pre-chilled the night before ready for immediate use once you arrive. (This way you won't have to wait for it to get cold before putting your food & beverages in.)
- The air will be on to provide a comfortable environment upon arrival
- Water filter hooked up for cleaner drinking and showering water*$75 Delivery, Setup, & Tear down fee for Margaritaville (Free for 3 or more nights).
We offer Delivery Only. No towing. What's includedOur fifth wheel comes equipped with all the necessities to make your stay stress free.
Kitchen conveniences: Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, toaster, trash bags and trashcan, cleaning supplies, paper towels, cutlery, dishes & cups.
Bathroom conveniences: Bath & hand towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash
Bedroom conveniences: Linens and blankets for all beds are included. Iron/Steamer provided for adult use with caution.
Other things to noteOut of courtesy for our guests who may have pet allergies, no pets are allowed inside the RV. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit in full.This is a 50 AMP RV so you must request 50 AMP service and site large enough for a 37 ft rig with 4 slide outs.

We are the Mahler family! Keith, Lindsay, Rhett & Remi and a crazy lab named Ox. We are a busy military and homeschooling family that love to get away when we can. Our favorite trips are to the NE Georgia mountains where we go on hiking trails to see waterfalls. On the side, we love to deliver GranD for other families to use and and make memories on their vacations :)
