Luxury camping at its finest! Practically a new 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath home on wheels! Smart TV that has electronic device hookups. The full kitchen comes equipped with a pantry, microwave, stove, and fridge. The nice leather couch is comfortable and turns into a bed. Spend the nights outside under the awning roasting marshmallows with the fire sticks provided. Surround sound on the exterior with led lighting will have your outside enjoyment even better! Extra storage space throughout the trailer, inside and out. The room with bunk beds has ahlf a bath and it's own door for privacy. The master bedroom has it's own exterior door, mirrors and storage space. There's a few games to enjoy with the family as well. If you plan on dry camping, we can provide a generator for you! Book now to make this camping trip a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable one. What's includedBed sheets to go over mattresses, coffee maker with 4 cups, 2 pots, 2 pans, BBQ utensils, cooking utensils, hand towels, toilet paper, 4 body towels, hand soap, bathroom spray, a plug in fan, floor mats for the outside, 6 person tent, 4 sticks for marshmallow roasting, dutch oven, games, paper plates, foil, napkins plastic cups, just incase you forget. Clorox wipes, sponge, dish soaps, kitchen towelsRecommendationsNot recommended for narrow highways. Must have experience with traveling with a trailer. Buena Vista Lake is a fun local and convenient place to go. R-Ranch and Pismo Coast Village are also nice places to go with the trailer. Other things to noteNo smoking, no large pets, and no jumping on furniture. Please notify if something breaks. If trailer is not dumped completely, there is a $100 charge. If trailer is in very dirty, there is an additional $100 cleaning fee. Pick up is anytime after 8am and drop off time must be by 4pm.
