The Adventure Cruiser - 2021 Thor Four Winds 31EV

Our trip destination was amazing. We drove to Zion National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Our RV rental online seemed amazing and perfect until it wasn't. We received the RV with just over a quarter of a tank of gas, when it was supposed to be a full tank. The propane tank was empty and the city water (potable or fresh) tank was not full. The refrigerator was lined with foil paper. The host claimed that it made it easier to clean after use. Turns out, the shelves had rust on them and were dirty. I ended up removing the foil paper because it hindered the bottom shelf from getting the cold air, which then made our gallon of milk go bad. The microwave was also filthy. The outer rim of the toilet was dirty, there was trash in the bottom storage compartment of the passenger door, the fridge door handle was cracked and ended up breaking completely off the last day of our rental. There was a storage drawer under the bunk bed that was broken and had staples sticking out. Me and two of our daughters were scratched. The folding table was dirty, the oil change light came on on the way home, and the passenger door window stopped working in the down position. We drove 18 hours with the window down. It sucked! On the Outdoorsy website, it said the host provided us with camping chairs, linen and pillows for all beds, fully stocked kitchen, full tank of gas, propane, potable water and a DVD player. Camping chairs were provided but they were very worn out and we disposable utensils were provided. Overall, our family had a great time and it was a great experience. We just wish the host would have provided everything that was listed and that the RV was given to us clean because we were charged a cleaning prep fee of $150.
