Happy trails await! The Honey Bee is a new, clean, fully equipped, family travel trailer. This Salem FSX bunkhouse sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, yet comes in a compact 23 foot frame! Weighing only 3200 lbs, it is light enough to be towed by most SUVs. The space is maximized by the queen murphy bed, and added outdoor features like, gas griddle, beverage fridge, AND shower! This tiny hero is great for novice and skilled campers, alike!At Happy Trails we take lot of pride in providing a modern, clean, and glamorous camping experience!Towing Requirements:• To tow Honey Bee you will need to meet your vehicles towing and hitch max. weight capacities. A 2 5/16" ball and 7 pin trailer connection are also required. A 4 to 7 pin adapter can be provided. If you do not meet these requirements, please inquire about delivery!• The trailer is equipped with electric brakes, so for your safety, we will provide you a Bluetooth Brake Controller that you can control from your mobile device!Rules/Restrictions:• Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Negotiation is subject to availability.• Guests are expected to treat our trailers like their own and return the trailer as they received it, otherwise the "Professional Cleaning" fee may be applied.• There is absolutely NO Smoking OR Vaping in the trailer.• Guests are expected to empty the trailer's black and grey water holding tanks before the end of their stay to avoid being charged the "Emptying Septic" fee.• Guests should absolutely tag us in their camping adventures and share their experiences with us! #choosehappytrailsWe look forward to hosting you!Candice & Alex,

All Renters
1. I understand that the rental trailer is equipped with a GPS tracker.
2. There will not be any smoking or vaping in the trailer, of any kind, by the renter or their guests.
3. The air conditioner will only be used by the renter with an approved power source:
a. 30 Amp shore power receptacle
b. A generator with a minimum of 3500 Watts and a 30 Amp outlet
4. The renter will protect the trailer awning by both:
✓ Lowering the angle during rain
✓ Retracting the awning during winds greater than 30 km/h
5. During their stay, the renter will not overflow grey or black holding tanks by checking the levels prior to each use of toilet, shower, and sinks.
6. A travel trailer’s battery is only meant to run the unit (lights and indoor fridge) for short periods of time. The renter will maintain the battery with an approved charging source.
7. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Negotiation is subject to availability. Changes to these times must be agreed upon prior to the start of the trip.
8. Only the previously agreed upon pets are allowed in the rental trailer. The renter will keep their pet off the furniture.

1. An approved brake controller will be used by the renter when towing the rental trailer:
a. A brake controller provided by the renter
b. The Curt Echo Brake Controller provided by Happy Trails RV Rental
2. A replacement fee of $400.00 CAD will be charged to the renter if the provided Curt Echo Brake Controller is lost or damaged.

1. The renter is prohibited from moving the rental trailer during their stay.
2. If the renter overflows the black or grey water tanks during their stay, Happy Trails RV Rental will have to travel to the site to dump the septic. An additional convenience fee will be charged to the renter based on roundtrip distance from 63 Sun King Cres. Barrie to the renter’s site:
a. $250.00 CAD for travel up to 100 km
b. $400.00 CAD for travel up to 300 km
