There are 3 smart TV's so you can connect to your favorite streaming services or even bring the video games for the kids.
Sleeps 6 comfortably. Bunkhouse has been converted to a multi purpose room. It's great for a kids play area or office and doubles as a private sleeping area with flip out sofa.
When booking your campsite, you'll need to know that this Camper is 39' long and has 3 slides (both sides). We also recommend a full hookup site with 50amp electrical connection and water and sewer connections.
If we are delivering, everything will be set up for you. A link to video tutorials as well as a binder with pictures and written instructions will be provided. We do allow towing, but will ask for truck/hitch specs and detailed experience.
We include fresh linens for each sleeping area and 6 sets of bath towels for each new booking. Plenty of RV TP is in the linen cabinet.
General toiletries will be provided in the cabinets above the sink and toilet. Some of the products such as bodywash, shampoo, conditioner sunscreen and bug spray may be opened as these are packed at the beginning of the season and are only replenished when empty. I also have a small tote with a variety of personal toiletries in case you forget or run out something.
This camper is equipped with a combo washer and dryer and Free & Clear detergent for your convenience. It's suitable for small loads and drying bathing suits or 3-4 towels. We will wash all linens and towels ourselves upon return.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Paper plates, plastic utensils and foil pans (great for grilling) are also stocked in the pantry. There is a keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffee, an air fryer, toaster, electric skillet, blender, food processor, crock not and even a grilled cheese maker! The fridge has a built in ice maker and water dispenser.
Basic cleaning products such as dish soap and sponges, multi surface cleaner, disinfectant wipes and trash bags can be found under the kitchen and bathroom sinks.
A variety of lounge chairs, a folding table, camping mat, screened in tent and ez up tent are in the front and rear storage areas. The outdoor kitchen has a mini fridge, a 22" Blackstone griddle and grilling tools. Propane tanks will be filled after each rental.
We will take dated pictures at pickup and drop off to document the condition of the RV.
