2001 Winnebago Minnie Winnie
Our rig is a 2001 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 31C that has all the amenities you will need on your family camping trip. My family and I have been camping for over 20 years and absolutely Love this camper. We just came back from a 1000-mile round trip to Myrtle Beach and had a blast with this RV. Our unit is newly renovated and sleeps 6 comfortably with the ability to sleep 8 if needed. There is plenty of room as this RV has a huge slide out. It has a Queen size bed in the master bedroom, a full size mattress above the cab, a very comfortable jackknife sofa (sleeps 2), and a dinette conversion (sleeps 2). We also have a generator that will allow for power when you might not be able to hook up to an electrical outlet. Our unit has a stand up shower with a new shower head to be able to take a longer shower, toilet, furnace/water heater (electric or propane), and cabinets that allow for plenty of storage. There is also a ton of basement storage. We also have a microwave and stove to allow for all your cooking needs.Minnie Winnie is very well maintained and has records of all of its services to ensure you will have no problems traveling anywhere throughout the USA. This RV has a strong V10 engine, which will take you anywhere in the USA.Minnie Winne has a brand new stereo system with a backup camera and a GPS unit. This also has cruise control and super cold AC. The overhead bunk has a brand new super comfortable custom mattress. The master bedroom has a walk around queen bed with tons of closet space and storage. Enjoy a nice evening sitting around the campfire with the included chairs and outdoor mat. This RV has everything that you will ever need to go camping with. Pets are welcome.This unit has a large fresh water storage tank. I only fill it about a quarter of the way, which is more than enough to use the restroom, wash hands, and dishes while driving to a campground ground. I can fill it up if for you if you are going to a place with no water hookups. What's includedIncluded is multiple camping chairs, fresh linens, ice maker, outside table, outside mat for under the awning, Keurig coffee machine, pots and pans, knives, spoons, forks, outside flat grill, tow hitch, optional dolly, kitchen utensils, outside shower, and more. I also have 2 electric scooters to zip around the campground with that is available upon request for a small additional fee. RecommendationsThere are plenty of places to go and enjoy this RV. I just recently came back from an awesome trip to Myrtle Beach and took a beautiful trip to Cherry stone Campground in Cape Charles Virginia. Bar Harbor campground is only 10 minutes from where I store the rv and it is located right on the water. I love to take weekend trips to Gettysburg PA campground, Ocean City Maryland, Rehoboth beach Delaware, trips to Dover Downs race track, tail gating at the Baltimore Ravens games, trips to Berkeley Springs West Virginia, Cape May New Jersey, Naples Maine, Cape Cod Massachusetts and more. There isn't anywhere that this camper won't go.
Other things to noteIf I suspect that the renters smoked or vapped in the vehicle, I will deduct $200 from the security deposit for the cost of a service to get the smell of the smoke out.
If the renter brings back the vehicle without emptying the Grey and Black tanks, I will deduct $100.00 from the Security Deposit.

Some of my happiest times were the memories of my family taking me on camping trips when I was young. I loved it soo much that when I got older I purchased my first RV when my son was first born 22 years ago. Since then I had a daughter and have camped over hundreds of campgrounds over the years and have owned over 10 different campers. My favorite trips were heading up the coast to the New England states. I LOVE camping in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I have a BEAUTIFUL golden retriever and would bring her on every single camping trip that we would go on. Now, our kids are older so we don't get to go on as many trips and I wanted to make our RV available so other people could use it and make memories of a lifetime. My name is Dave and I'm a retired Police Officer and going camping and meeting new people at campgrounds is my favorite thing to do. I have met people from campgrounds from over 20 years ago that I am still friends with.
