No smoking, vaping, or drugs of any kind inside or around the RV. A minimum cleaning and odor removal fee will be charged for any violation.
No parties, events, festivals, or large gatherings. This RV is for responsible, quiet use only.
No climbing on the roof, or removing any equipment from the RV.
No unauthorized pets or guests. Only approved guests may use the RV.
No cooking with open flame, candles, incense, or anything that could damage the RV or create a fire risk.
Always secure the awning before leaving the RV or if wind picks up. Damage caused by misuse or weather exposure will be charged to the renter.
Do not leave the RV unattended with doors, windows, or roof vents open.
Return the RV clean, and in the same condition it was received.
Any damage, missing items, excessive dirt, pet hair, smoke smell, late departure, or rule violation will result in additional charges and may end the trip immediately.
We reserve the right to cancel or end a trip if the renter is unresponsive, violates the rules, or appears unsafe or dishonest.
