Has outside burner and mini fridge along with a outside shower head to wash feet off before entering camper. Comes with all necessary equipment to level camper along with wheel chucks. Does have a stabilizer hitch to keep your vehicle level with the camper!We will provide sheets and pillows for bunks and master bedroom, towels, hand towels, and washcloths, set of pots/pans, toilet paper, and disinfect wipes; all other camping necessities are up to renter to provide (blankets, toiletries, garbage bags, paper towels, plates, silverware, cooking utensils etc.)What's included• Has all sewer lines for hookup.

Host was great! The camper is very nice, love the refrigerator & ice maker on the outside. The grill outside has a design flaw & doesn’t get hot enough to use so we didn’t. Not convenient but we were with family & used theirs instead. Had a few issues, but it was a great trip. The second door was awesome, I will always be looking for that feature in the future!!

This was my first time renting, Patrick was great to work with. Definitely would recommend him. Camper was in great shape, everything we used worked as it should, there were some features we did not use.
