Brand new 2020 Coachmen Clipper with slide out sleeps 2-4 people comfortably. This RV features a queen size bed with dinette conversion w/built in storage. There is a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sink, stove top, shower, toilet and audio hook-up. There is additional storage under the bed and underneath the RV for all your gear.No matter the weather this RV is ready to comfort you with an air conditioner or heater. For days that are too sunny or rainy there is an automatic awning that rolls out with a push of a button.2 adults and 2 children (under age 8) should fit comfortably. The 2nd bed in this RV is in the 3rd photo and it is a dinette conversion.**Runs on electricity, if you are planning to do primitive camping you will need a 30amp generator**What's includedcookware, utensils, Keurig single serve coffee maker, towels, toiletries, plates, cups, blankets, pillowsRecommendationsI've done a few camping trips in this baby from Inks Lake State Park to Guadalupe River State Park to Kerrville Schreiner Park. While at these parks we've enjoyed kayaking, tubing, swimming and paddle boarding. All parks have access to the water with the options to rent kayaks or canoes at some.
