Welcome to your mountain hideaway home on wheels! The perfect trailer for family and friends and of course your furry companion! This trailer is very spacious and clean. The dining table can be moved to the side so that their is plenty of room for kids/ pets to play on the floor. It has a nice queen bed at the front with a privacy screen that can be pulled across (as seen in photos) and then a couch that pulls out into a large single. The bunks are large with double sized mattress on each, the upper bunk has no window but has a wall light, lower bunk has a large window that opens and a wall light. Both bunks comfortably sleep one adult on each, or two children per bunk. Bathroom is equipped with small bath tub, shower head, toilet and sink/above sink mirrored cabinet. Well equipped kitchen with three burner range, oven and microwave, fridge with freezer. Comes with board games/cards for those warm nights outside at the picnic table. Large powered awning. What's includedOur trailer comes equipped with sway bars and hitch. It has fresh towels and linens for 6 guests. Toilet paper and one roll of paper towels included. Duvets and fresh sheets on each bed. Clean sheets and blankets for couch bed. Kitchen has all dishes and utensils/ pots, pans etc.. Dishcloths and rags. Two lawn chairs, portable bbq with portable tank, an axe, outdoor rug for under awning.RecommendationsYou are at the gateway to Kananaskis Country. Breathtaking mountain vistas and stunningly clear glacial rivers await you! We recommend heading down Hwy 40 where you are likely to spot a black or grizzly bear and find some great camping and fishing spots. For a beautiful area a little closer to Bragg Creek we love Hwy 66. A short 20 min drive and you will be on your way to great camping, fabulous views, fishing etc. Be sure to stop at Elbow Falls.Other things to notePets welcome! If you are bringing your dog along, we ask that your pet is never left unattended in the trailer. No smoking or vaping of any kind in the trailer. Trailer must be dumped and water refilled before returning, if it is returned without being done, fee of $150. Propane must be refilled accompanied by receipt: fee of $150 (if not completed.) Garbage emptied/fridge and freezer emptied, before returning trailer. Dishes must be washed and put away, or fee charged. All linens removed from beds and piled on floor. All towels left in tub.
