5This was our first time renting a trailer. However, Sara made the experience go smoother. She explained everything very clearly, they were available over the phone for any questions. The trailer itself was very clean and well stocked with all essential goods you may require for your trip. I would recommend it and will definitely rent again.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We try to be as flexible as possible. If you are picking up the RV, anytime of day is available, however for Drop Off's availability is limited to weekends and certain days of the week.

Do we need to dump the tanks before returning the RV?
A.
Yes. We would prefer you dumped the RV yourself, however there is an option to pay a nominal fee and have us do that for you.
Q.
What is the latest return time? Do you offer late returns? What is the cost of a late return?
A.
The return time will depend on bookings. We take great pride in deep cleaning and sanitizing everything between rentals so we will need to make sure we can accommodate this between bookings. If you need a late drop off, let us know and we will try our best to make it work. There is no cost for a later return time.

Are pets allowed?
A.
Yes! As a pet family ourselves, we encourage families to bring their fur babies. We do expect that the animal does not chew anything in the RV or scratch the furniture. Any damages will be taken out of the deposit.
