Evan was flexible and responsive. The tv is very nice and super clean. Very comfortable! I loved the backup camera. Our only problem was the propane alarm that went off intermittently and woke us at 6:30 am on our last day. I let evan know and he was going to check it out. Loved the RV!

Thanks for the kindly review. I apologized the glitch of propane problem, It could be a safety detection to make sure no leak of propane gas. After I checked it out in return, there is a small piece of paper stuck on the ignition of one of burners, there could be a possible reason.
