I had a very bad experience renting an RV from Jack. The RV was delivered in poor condition. It was dirty throughout, the refrigerator smelled awful, and there was old, expired food left in the cabinets. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned, and the toilet had urine in it upon arrival. This level of cleanliness is not what you would expect from a rental. To make matters worse, the refrigerator was not functioning properly and was not freezing at all, which caused all of my stored meat to defrost and spoil. I had no choice but to throw it away, resulting in a direct financial loss. The AC was also not working properly, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. In addition, the RV door had issues closing—there were pieces that appeared to be glued together with super glue, and it would not shut properly, which was both frustrating and concerning. None of these issues were disclosed ahead of time. I contacted Outdoorsy customer service for help, but they redirected me to the owner. When I reached out to Jack, I received no response at all. Being ignored while dealing with these issues only made the situation worse. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against renting this RV.
