In the rear of the trailer, there are double bunk beds that can sleep up to four guests in that area alone. The bathroom is located in the rear corner and includes a tub/shower and toilet, with a sink and mirror conveniently located just outside the bathroom.This RV comes stocked with many of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen utensils for up to 10 guests, towels and linens for up to 10, limited toilet paper, 2 paper towel rolls, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, sponges, trash bags, limited spices, a broom, small vacuum, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and an indoor 32” TV with remote. We love our renters, but need to put some rules into place to make sure all renters are able to enjoy the rig and we protect our asset.
• This RV rental includes essential amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen, one propane tank, and the option for off-grid camping with a rental generator, but renters must adhere to guidelines, including reserving appropriate campsites, rolling up awnings during storms, and treating the unit with care by cleaning, securing items, and properly managing tanks and sewer hoses.
• Customer agrees to clean up after their pet and return the unit in the same condition as received, or be subject to a cleaning fee up to $250.
• Additional fees apply if returned unclean, and renters are responsible for bringing their own pet blanket and ensuring their vehicle can handle the camper's weight. Off-grid use requires renting the generator if needed, and the tow vehicle must meet specific weight requirements.
• Strict rules prohibit illegal drugs, secondary bookings, and require the original booker to stay for the duration of the trip.
• Plan on at least 30 minutes at drop-off to review the rig before you leave.
• If you plan to unhook your tow vehicle from the rig and leave it at your campsite while you explore the area, you are required to use the ball lock hitch.
• You have roadside assistance included with your rental. Please contact them and then contact me as well - I want to be in the loop if you’re having any issues.
