Frequently asked questions
Q.
Is the hot water tank propane or electric?
A.
The 6 gallon hot water heater is ran on Propane.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If delivered, we will drop the camper off between 2 pm and 3 pm at your destination, and we will pick it up at 11 am. The unit may be picked up between 2 pm and 3 pm and bought back between 11 am and 12 pm. When a renter returns the RV after the agreed-upon drop-off time plus a one-hour grace period, the owner will charge a late fee for the reservation. If returned eight hours or more late without consent from the owner can be charged for an extra night.
Q.
Can I tow this RV myself?
A.
To tow the RV yourself, ensure your vehicle can handle the tongue weight of 490 lbs and the trailer weight of approximately 6,500 lbs, including having a brake controller and 7-pin connection installed. Additionally, towing requires prior experience, so if you're new to towing, it's recommended to have the RV delivered and fully set up by the delivery team.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Begin by attaching a pressure regulator to the campground's spigot, connecting your potable water hose to the regulator and to the RV's city water inlet. Electrical needs: Use your 30-amp plug with the 50-amp adapter as needed, following safety guidelines. To handle waste, connect one end of the sewer hose to the RV outlet and the other to the campsite's sewer inlet, securing the connections tightly and positioning the hose with a downward slope using a camper sewer hose support for drainage.
