-Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for a professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
-If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of the vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
-Owner will provide information on the operation of the rig at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for the operation of coach systems, features, and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features, or appliances in RV may result in damage and the renter will be liable for the cost to repair.
-The renter must be present at time of delivery - no first come first serve RV slots will be delivered to. Rv slot reservation confirmation email must be forwarded to the owner at least two days before delivery is due.
-Returns are due from 8am until 12pm. There will be $50 fee for every hour the RV is late.
-The renter is responsible for any tickets, Even if the notice arrives after late fees and the security deposit has been released.
-The RV must be returned with tanks completely emptied or a $200 fee will be pulled from the security deposit.

Host is completely dishonest, when picking the trailer up he mentioned the electric jacks could be problematic, well they were during our trip. Upon returning he turns around and files a damage claim saying we broke them. It should be noted he filed the claim AFTER I returned the trailer and agreed it was in good condition. He also claimed we broke a window, and cracked a front window. Again both we 100% fine when we dropped the trailer off. The host wouldn’t even communicate with me to tell me what the damage claim was, I had to spend over an hour on the phone with outdoorsy to figure that out. Stay away from this guy, he is clearly looking for ways to pinch people for money. We had 4 people on our trip, all with RV trailer experience, no one saw ANY issues with the trailer outside of a seized jack. That the host knew about.
