Pickup was simple. Once we were settled at camp, we realized we had some sort of problem, though we were not sure exactly what it was. Finally we figured out that our battery was very weak. So weak that we couldn't operate even the minimum without the generator. I'm talking about the Carbon Monoxide detector, or the coffee maker, without running the generator. And we were at a site that we had to shut off the generator at 10:30pm, until the next morning. Throughout all the issues, Ruth was very good about communication. We were able to work out the problem together, and came up with a solution. Since we were only an hour and a half away from where we picked up the camper, she drove up two new batteries! Once the new battery was installed, given time, all the little electrical issues were resolved. While she was at the camper with me, she resolved a couple other items as well. Other things to note, they provided a weight distributing hitch which helped a lot. And I would definitely have had a harder time towing if I had not installed a brake controller, as this camper nearly maxed out my towing capacity on my 2014 Toyota Sequoia SR5 4x4. Thank you Ruth for the Great Communication, and Great Customer Service! I would definitely rent from you again.

Hello from Theresa and Ruth! As best friends of 25+ years we've learned that memories and experiences are just as important as future planning. If we're not taking a last minute trip to Florida because we both have time off then we're exploring nature. Buying and renovating a travel trailer to fit our style and needs was not on either of our radars until we found this one. Falling in love with the bones of something and making it our own is a memory we wont forget. Sadly we don't use it as much as hoped as life has been busier so why not share its unique features with you to make memories of your own.
