This is our family RV available for your use when it is not being used by us. This 25ft long Class C motor home with one slide is great for trips to the Rockies and to spend time with friends and family.It has 3 beds in all, with 1 double bed at the back, 1 overhead queen bed along with a dinette that folds into a twin. It is comfortable for a family of 4 adults or 4 adults and two kids with the dining table folded down. This layout offers great open spaces to move around and comfortable spaces to sleep. The sleeping areas, dining, and kitchen have their own lighting for nighttime reading.The kitchen comes with a microwave, a 3-burner stove, an oven, a double sink, a refrigerator, a pantry, and lots of cabinets. There is ample storage in the bed area with a wardrobe space.
We use this RV for our personal uses and hope others can enjoy it just as much as we do. You will get a thorough walk-through before you are ready to enjoy your vacation.
The fridge, stove, and hot water run on propane. To use the A/C and microwave, the RV must be plugged in or you must use the rental generator.
A national park pass can be borrowed on request.
The RV is stocked with kitchen supplies. Clean blankets and pillows, can be provided on request. It is recommended to bring your own if you are local here in Calgary.
A basic first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are also included.

No smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit a service fee of 400$ will be claimed from your security deposit.
You should never be on the roof of my unit
You are not to go over 100KM/Hr
If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning I will charge you 200$
If you have a pet on the unit without approval there will be a 200$ fine that will be claimed from your security deposit
Return time is 2PM on your final rental day. Early pickup or late drop-off may be available but must be arranged ahead of time.

The RV is spacious and works well, but it’s very old and not all its parts are in a good condition.

We did a 2 week road trip with 4 people and it was perfect! Everything was working, fully equipped and the mechanic was working perfectly. The slide out is a very pleasing feature. We would only suggest a few simple repairs and a deep cleaning for it to be perfect.

The RV was exactly what we expected for the price we paid. It is a little older model so it had the expected wear and tear on the cosmetic aspect of it but it ran smoothly and had everything we needed. All mechanical features were in working order and the pick-up and drop off was fine. Intesar was friendly, helpful and showed how everything worked before we left. He checked in with us midway through the trip to make sure everything was ok and to confirm and arrange the drop off details. I would rent this vehicle from this owner again.
